Santerra nv prepared the Soil Remediation Project and a new Exploratory Soil Test.
The curator preceded with the sale after consulting with the creditors. The company was bankrupt for 6 years before the grounds could be sold.
Santerra handled the remediation itself. Santerra nv was responsible the demolition, remediation and general clean-up.
