BOFAS and Santerra nv together examined the remediation of the filling station and storage facilities.
These are surrounded by a food processing company. Hence the remediation work required certain precautions.
The curator wished to take no risks with respect to the grounds and the food processing company, and transferred all obligations to Santerra nv at the time of the sale.
Bofas and Santerra nv handled the remediation work together; Santerra nv was responsible for all demolition work and all cleanup.
