BOFAS handled the remediation, Santerra took over the obligations.
Bankruptcy proceedings have ended in the meantime. The financial hole created by the bankruptcy was filled in the meantime with the assistance of Santerra.
The flat was able to be inhabited again after 7 years; the front could again be developed as commercial real estate.
