The previous owner did not have resources to clean up these grounds.
There used to be a pond on the grounds, which was filled in by the owner. Thus he was well aware of the possible contamination.
The remediation was performed together with the earthwork for the new construction.
The project developer was able to cut costs in this way.
Santerra took over this project based on an Exploratory Soil Test. The Descriptive Soil Test as well as the Soil Remediation Project were handled entirely by Santerra.
