This former tannery (4,000 m²) situated in a residential area was purchased by Santerra, which is handling the VOCL decontamination. This enabled the liquidator to complete the liquidation after the premises had remained vacant for several years.
To the great satisfaction of neighbouring residents and the local council, Santerra will demolish the buildings and clean up the site and reuse it for housing purposes.
