This filling station (3,000 m²) situated in a residential area adjacent to a public park, had been left to deteriorate for several years so that it was occupied by squatters.
Santerra purchased this site to clean it up from a bankruptcy estate, enabling the receiver to finally close the file after many years. Redevelopment will take place in close consultation with the local council.
