This filling station has been in bankruptcy proceedings for a number of years.
The curator did not have resources to clean it up. So Santerra took over the obligations to BOFAS (soil remediation fund for filling stations), so that remediation work could finally begin. The empty building disappeared from the street scene and Santerra nv saw to it that new development took place.
