These buildings and grounds were purchased from an estate.
BOFAS cleaned up the contamination caused by the filling station. Santerra assumed the costs for the ‘foreign’ contamination, as well as for demolition of the buildings.
An entire renovation and new development project was realised on these 4,500-m² grounds.
The site is located within walking distance from the station and opens out onto a peaceful playground. The families with children who reside here find it a very pleasant living environment.
The cancer risk – caused by the previous filling station – was thus removed from the city centre.
