These buildings and grounds with a total surface area of 11,000 m² were purchased from a bankruptcy estate.
Santerra was the highest bidder at a public auction. It also agreed to bear all the costs of remediation and demolition, thus absolving the curator of any further liability.
The buildings were demolished; the heating oil and petrol contamination were removed.
After remediation, a modern SME zone was constructed where local companies can establish themselves.
Residences can be built at the front of the grounds, so that future managers can live nearby.
