These buildings and grounds were purchased from a bankruptcy estate.
Because the curator had no more resources to invest in the matter, Santerra financed the required studies.
After the studies, the requisite guarantees were made, and Santerra became owner of the building and grounds.
The buildings were partially demolished. The remaining part was made available to the Social Services (OCMW), which could construct a neighbourhood centre on the grounds.
Over time, the grounds can be integrated into the city's sports patrimony. The building is also an important part of this.
When the remediation is complete, the entire neighbourhood can be revived, and the sports fields can be properly completed.
